Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment.
  • Conduct field visits for servicing and installation of machinery.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports and customer interactions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with diesel engines will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in fieldwork and willingness to travel.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
