​​​​​​Opportunity – Senior Associate (Litigation) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:
  • Court Representation: Appear before civil courts and tribunals, independently handling matters such as property disputes, contract enforcement, injunctions, debt & money recovery, land laws, and succession/inheritance disputes.
  • Drafting & Case Management: Prepare pleadings, applications, and legal opinions; conduct case analysis; manage multiple litigations simultaneously.
  • Property & Civil Law Expertise: Advise and represent clients in disputes involving property, revenue laws, and contractual claims.
  • Advocacy & Strategy: Develop effective litigation strategies, argue matters in court, and handle procedural aspects including e-filing.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Work directly with clients, senior lawyers, and colleagues to deliver effective dispute resolution strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation (law firm or reputed chamber experience in Pune/Mumbai preferred).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
  • Strong expertise in property disputes, contracts, injunctions, debt recovery, land laws, and succession/inheritance matters.
  • Excellent advocacy skills with the ability to independently handle cases.
  • Proficient in legal drafting, case analysis, and court procedures (including e-filing).
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi (reading, writing, and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple cases effectively.
