About the Role

The Backend Processor plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, dealers, and internal teams during the entire car purchase and delivery process. This role involves managing loan and insurance documentation, maintaining accurate customer data, and ensuring timely and efficient backend operations from booking to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate loan and customer documentation.

Coordinate with dealers, finance, and insurance teams for timely processing of vehicle delivery.

Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a smooth booking-to-delivery experience.

Update and manage records in CRM or internal tracking systems.

Handle customer queries related to documentation, delivery, and payment status.

Ensure all customer files are properly scanned, filed, and stored.

Follow up with finance and insurance departments for approval and disbursement updates.

Escalate any issues or delays to management and support timely resolution.
