Job Title: Hub Account

Location: Lucknow

Budget: Up to 7 LPA

Role Type: On-site | 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Hub Account professional to manage financial operations, reconciliation, and reporting activities for our regional business units. The role involves end-to-end accounting ownership for multiple locations, vendor and partner reconciliations, and close coordination with operations and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accounting records for assigned hubs and business partners.
  • Handle reconciliation discussions with vendors/partners and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
  • Oversee regional cash flow, payment approvals, and security deposit tracking.
  • Coordinate monthly financial closures and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Monitor budgets, ensure invoice submissions, and process recoveries as per timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams for data accuracy, dispute resolution, and MIS preparation.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy of financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Timely processing of payments and recoveries.
  • Effective cash flow management at the regional level.
  • Partner satisfaction and issue resolution turnaround time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in regional/hub roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally / ERP / accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and ownership mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, logistics, or retail domain.
  • Additional finance certifications (CA Inter / CMA / CPA) will be an advantage.
