We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HK Executive/Supervisor/Room Boy to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotels and restaurants, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
  • Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
