Position : Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai Gurgaon and Noida

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Role & responsibilities :

  • Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce NPSP Package and Service Cloud, including a deep understanding of its capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Data Management: High understanding of Salesforce Data Model. Have worked on high data volumes for generating reports/dashboards and executing data cleansing (de duplication, bulk updates).
  • Business Process Analysis: Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
  • Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including the ability to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training Material Development: Ability to build comprehensive training materials to support the implemented Salesforce solutions, ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize new features and processes effectively.
