Positions: Telecaller - Fundraising (1 Male, 1 Female) & Tele caller - Course Counsellor
Salary: ₹15000-₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
Experience: 6 months - 2 years in

We are expanding our outreach team and are looking for two passionate and articulate tele callers to connect with our diverse audience and drive our mission forward.
Position 1: Telecaller - Fundraising (Male & Female) Role
Overview: We are seeking one male and one female Telecaller to manage our donor outreach and fundraising initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with a professional audience, articulate our cause compellingly, and secure donations to support our projects. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to a curated list of prospective donors (business owners and working professionals) provided by management.
Fluently and persuasively communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact of the donation.
Build a rapport with potential donors and address their queries effectively.
• Achieve weekly and monthly fundraising targets.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Provide daily call reports and feedback on lead quality to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Gender: 1 Male & 1 Female (as required for audience connect).
Languages: Fluency in English and Telugu (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in a BPO/KPO, specifically in outbound sales, customer service, or fundraising, is highly preferred.
Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Confident and persuasive phone manner.
o Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
o Target-oriented and self-motivated. o Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
Target Audience: Business owners, professionals, and working-class individuals.
Position 2: Telecaller - Course Counsellor Role
Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic telecaller to promote our online cultural and behavioral change course. This unique program has a devotional touch and is designed for the youth. Your role will be to guide students and young adults, helping them understand the benefits of the course and enrolling them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to students and youth from colleges and educational institutions from the provided leads.
Explain the features, benefits, and transformative outcomes of the online course.
• Counsel prospects and their parents (if needed), addressing concerns related to course content, duration, and value.Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process.
• Nurture leads and follow up consistently to achieve enrollment targets.Maintain a database of interactions and provide regular updates to the team lead.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Languages: Fluency in English and Telugu (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in a BPO/KPO, EdTech counseling, student outreach, or course sales is a significant advantage.
Skills:
o Excellent counseling and convincing skills.
o Patient, empathetic, and a good listener. o Ability to connect with a young audience and understand their aspirations. o Basic understanding of or interest in cultural/behavioral topics is a plus.
o Tech-savvy to explain an online course platform. Target Audience: Youth and students from colleges and educational institutions.
Common Requirements & Benefits for Both Positions:
Qualifications: Minimum: Any Graduate. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
Shift: General day shift (e.g., 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Willingness to work on Saturdays also.
Work Environment: Professional, supportive, and goal-driven.
