Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled 
AI Developer
 with expertise in setting up and deploying 
Ollama
 and training 
custom AI/LLM models
. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the 
Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
, including 
Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service
, and integration with the 
Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
. You will collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Setup & Deployment
  • Install, configure, and optimize 
    Ollama
     for local/custom LLM usage.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy custom AI/LLM models tailored to business needs.
  • Manage model lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
  • Azure AI Development
  • Integrate solutions with 
    Azure AI Search
     for semantic search, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and vector indexing.
  • Work with 
    Azure OpenAI Service
     for GPT-based use cases and hybrid scenarios (custom + hosted models).
  • Leverage 
    Azure Machine Learning
     for model training pipelines, MLOps, and deployment.
  • Copilot & Microsoft 365 AI Integration
  • Extend and customize 
    Microsoft Copilot
     capabilities using 
    Copilot Studio
     and 
    Graph Connectors
    .
  • Integrate AI experiences across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Solution Delivery & Engineering
  • Collaborate with architects to design 
    end-to-end AI solutions
     (data ingestion, embeddings, orchestration, APIs).
  • Build APIs and services to expose AI models securely for applications.
  • Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and compliance in deployments.
  • Innovation & Best Practices
  • Evaluate emerging AI/LLM frameworks and recommend adoption.
  • Apply Responsible AI principles, governance, and ethical AI standards.
  • Document solutions, create reusable components, and contribute to internal knowledge base.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with 
    Ollama
     or similar local LLM serving frameworks (LM Studio, vLLM, LangChain integration).
  • Proven experience in 
    training and fine-tuning LLMs
     (e.g., LoRA, PEFT, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Proficiency in 
    Microsoft Azure AI stack
    , especially:
  • Azure AI Search (vector search, hybrid search, RAG).
  • Azure OpenAI Service & Azure Machine Learning.
  • Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech).
  • Experience with 
    Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
     (Copilot Studio, Graph APIs, Power Platform AI integrations).
  • Programming: Python, C#, or with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with 
    containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
     for model deployment.
  • Strong understanding of 
    MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
     in Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating AI into 
    enterprise systems
     (Dynamics 365, Business Central, CRM, ERP).
  • Knowledge of 
    vector databases
     (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search vector indexing).
  • Familiarity with 
    LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Prompt Flow
     for orchestration.
  • Exposure to 
    Responsible AI practices
     and compliance frameworks.
  • Microsoft Certified: 
    Azure AI Engineer Associate
     or similar.
