QC Engineer

We are seeking a proactive Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience implementing effective quality systems within manufacturing or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and final products.
• Identify defects or deviations from specifications and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support production teams with analysis of quality data and process improvements.
• Maintain calibration schedules and ensure testing equipment accuracy.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, quality documentation, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in audits, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of inspection tools, testing methods, and statistical process control.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, and QC software tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
