Role & responsibilities

Create and Maintain Technical Documentation

  • Develop comprehensive user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, and quick-start documents for industrial inkjet printers.
  • Draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal and external use.

Interpret Technical Drawings and Schematics

  • Understand and incorporate mechanical and electrical technical drawings into documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers to accurately reflect product functionality and safety protocols.

Document Electrical Components and Processes

  • Explain electrical connections, wiring semantics, and system behaviour in clear, concise language.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to industry and safety standards.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with R&D, service, and engineering teams to gather accurate, up-to-date technical information.
  • Participate in product reviews and testing to ensure documentation is aligned with the latest versions.

Ensure Consistency and Quality

  • Maintain a consistent tone, formatting, and style across all documents.
  • Edit and proofread technical content for clarity, grammar, and usability.

Support Digital and Print Content Creation

  • Assist in preparing content for training materials, online knowledge bases, and support portals.
  • Provide input for technical diagrams, infographics, and illustrations
