JOb Title: Lead I - Software Engineering - React Mongo
As a Lead I - Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. You will leverage React and MongoDB expertise to build modern, user-friendly solutions while guiding the team in adopting best practices. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical work and leadership to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Interpret application, feature, and component designs and implement them according to specifications.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code; perform debugging, testing, and documentation.

Validate deliverables with stakeholders and ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Select and implement appropriate technical options (reuse, improve, or build new solutions) to optimize efficiency and performance.

Ensure solutions meet cost, quality, and scalability expectations.
-
Influence and improve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Set and track FAST goals (Focused, Aligned, Simple, Transparent) for self and team members.

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

6–10 years of hands-on software development experience with and MongoDB.

Strong expertise in building scalable, component-driven front-end applications.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integrations with backend systems.

Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and design patterns.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
-
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
-
Proven experience in mentoring team members and managing development deliverables.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with microservices architecture.

Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
