Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and related devices.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of system and network issues.
  • Help in network setup (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, cabling, etc.) under supervision.
  • Monitor and report network performance and connectivity status.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records of IT assets, equipment, and network components.
  • Support data backup and recovery processes.
  • Update and install antivirus software and security patches regularly.
  • Provide technical support to users — both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing infrastructure and maintenance projects.
  • Participate in IT documentation and maintain logs of system updates and maintenance activities.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and network devices (routers, switches, cables, etc.).
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration, IP addressing, and network protocols is preferred.
  • Skills Required:
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Experience: 6month or candidates with basic practical knowledge in hardware and networking are preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available for the full internship duration and willing to work on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
