Job Title: Hardware and Networking Engineer

Department: IT / Technical Support

Location: South Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware and Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organizations computer systems, networks, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless connectivity, data security, and efficient IT operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Set up LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage and monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and network components.
  • Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and security checks.
  • Support end users with hardware/software issues (both onsite and remote).
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and warranty claims.
  • Implement and maintain antivirus, firewall, and other security protocols.
  • Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and network configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in hardware and networking roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting tools and remote support systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
