iKITES is looking for a talented and hands-on Electronics & Hardware Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and optimizing electronic hardware for our ongoing product initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance hardware systems

What You'll Do

• Design and develop analog/digital electronic circuits for product applications.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium / KiCad / Eagle).
• Build, test, and validate hardware prototypes using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and related equipment.
• Integrate microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
• Work on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) to ensure scalable production.
• Ensure hardware designs follow EMI/EMC, ESD, and safety best practices.
• Collaborate with manufacturing vendors, fabricators, and component suppliers.
• Prepare documentation—schematics, BOMs, test procedures, and design reports.
• Support field deployments, troubleshooting, and iterative product improvements.
• Work closely with software, firmware, and product teams to build integrated end-to-end systems.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of core electronics: analog circuits, digital logic, power electronics basics, signal conditioning.
• Proficiency with EDA tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle).
• Experience with test & measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers (ARM, ESP32, AVR, etc.) and embedded hardware integration.
• Knowledge of PCB design principles and best practices (stack-up, routing, grounding, noise reduction).
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to analyze and solve hardware issues.
• Good documentation habits and attention to detail.
