Job Description:
Invoice Management:  Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices.  Monitor and track invoice status to ensure prompt and accurate payments.  Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
Accounts Receivable:  Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.  Follow up with customers on payment reminders, overdue invoices, and outstanding balances.  Maintain accurate records of customer payments, adjustments, and interactions.
Collections:  Initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts, utilizing various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and letters.  Escalate collection issues to senior management or legal departments as required.
Reconciliation and Reporting:  Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.  Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.  Provide management with accurate and up-to-date information on outstanding accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes,  Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers  Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements like GST
