**Role and responsibilities**

1.To provide regular updates & furnishing of reports as required by COT Lead & NBM by publishing and monitoring statement of accounts of Franchisees in the region

2. To ensure accurate accounting in Oracle as per policy, prepare Fee rate card & update the same in EPMS within agreed timelines

3. To ensure banking refunds are processed with agreed timelines.

4. To provide clarification to Partners on SOA generated through the Point of Sale Software. Ensure that calculation of Royalty is in line with Admissions reported in EPMS. Co-ordinate with Business Managers/Zonal Business Managers for resolution of queries marked to them by Partners

5. To monitor, provide and report outstanding /PDD reports and follow up with BM’s to ensure collection of revenue.

6. To provide training & support to new franchisees on EPMS & EK new initiatives.

7. To ensure quick resolution of queries regarding EPMS & others, settlement of dues or account related issues to Franchisees / Auditors / HO members as the case may be.

8.To support in timely coordination and follow up for statutory compliance and audit.

9. Develop and educate team members to groom for efficiency and accurate delivery of agreed performance

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
