Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi / Pune West)

Livnest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic real estate company delivering premium housing projects with trust and excellence. We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to handle client interactions and drive sales closures in Pune West (Hinjewadi Phase 2).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle qualified leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up.

- Call prospective clients and encourage them to schedule site visits.

- Conduct client meetings and property site visits to showcase projects.

- Attend clients at project sites, present project details, resolve queries, and build strong client relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, and sales conversions in CRM.

- Coordinate with the operations and customer relations team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential).

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.

- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market (especially Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, Balewadi) is an advantage.
