We're looking for a highly skilled Creative & Marketing Specialist to lead the development of brand-aligned visual content, messaging, and promotional communication.

This is an opportunity for a multi-talented creator who understands design, storytelling, marketing, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for shaping the company's creative direction, producing compelling content, and driving brand presence across digital and B2B markets.

You will contribute directly to our brand's visibility, marketing efficiency, and communication impact.

Role Overview:

As the Creative & Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the company's entire creative output—from graphics and marketing materials to promotional videos and branded messaging.

Your role spans graphic design, content writing, copywriting, B2B video creation, and digital marketing support, ensuring that every communication is consistent, engaging, and strategically aligned with our business objectives.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to position the brand strongly in the IT and software development space.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Visual Communication

  • Develop visually striking graphics, layouts, and creative assets across digital platforms.
  • Design UI elements, brochures, social media creatives, brand collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency and elevate brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Translate brand strategies into powerful and cohesive visual communication.

Video Production & Motion Graphics

  • Plan, create, and edit B2B promotional videos, product showcase videos, and corporate presentations.
  • Produce high-quality video graphics, motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
  • Strengthen storytelling through multimedia content aligned with marketing goals.
  • Optimize video content for digital platforms and campaigns.

Content Writing & Brand Messaging

  • Write compelling content for websites, landing pages, blogs, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Craft persuasive copy for ads, social media, emailers, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine tone, messaging, and positioning.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into simple, clear, engaging communication.

Marketing Strategy Support

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at both B2B and digital audiences.
  • Assist in developing brand-aligned content strategies across platforms.
  • Support SEO-driven content initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing assets.

Brand Positioning & Growth Enablement

  • Help strengthen the company's brand identity and market presence.
  • Ensure all creative and written outputs reflect the company's value proposition.
  • Support corporate communication needs, including presentations, proposals, and investor materials.
  • Provide creative insights to help improve customer engagement and brand perception.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment in messaging and visuals.
  • Participate in campaign planning, product discussions, and marketing strategy reviews.
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership on progress, priorities, and creative direction.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with trends in design, marketing, software, and digital content creation.
  • Explore new creative tools, techniques, and formats to enhance output quality.
  • Continuously refine processes for faster, high-quality creative production.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and marketing content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
  • Strong understanding of branding, colour theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • Experience working with B2B or technology-driven brands is a plus.
