Job Description:

MAS Finance Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager Collection to lead our CV product collection operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle loan (CV) collections, managing and motivating an in-house collection team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the in-house collection team for CV loan products across the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and motivation to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection processes.
  • Coordinate with field staff, legal, and other departments to resolve escalated cases.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and team performance to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to loan delinquency and default.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CV loan collections with proven in-house team management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets consistently.
  • Good understanding of financial products, especially commercial vehicle loans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory norms related to collections in the finance industry.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation or equivalent (preferred)
