Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Research Content Writer to join our on-site team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing high-quality content on a variety of subjects, particularly in academic and technical fields. You will be expected to deliver well-researched articles, papers, and reports that align with industry standards and client requirements. Your ability to effectively communicate complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related or academic topics to develop original, accurate, and high-quality content.
  • Analyze and evaluate various types of content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Conduct internet research to gather reliable information and industry insights.
  • Draft and edit manuscripts, articles, reports, and supporting materials, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and adherence to specific journal style guides
  • Proofread content for errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation to ensure publication-ready quality.
  • Ensure all content is original and free of plagiarism, following ethical standards for academic publishing.
  • Support content analysis through data collection and documentation.
  • Write clear, concise, and professional emails for communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project expectations and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong internet research and navigation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and professional tone.
  • Experience with professional email communication.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Any degree (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
  • Proven experience in content writing / analysis or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
