Role Description

We are seeking a
Quality and Technology Management Specialist
for a
full-time, on-site role
based in
Bhiwadi / Gurugram
.

This role involves
solving complex technology and process challenges
to drive operational excellence in manufacturing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to
analyze data, identify improvement opportunities
, and
implement automation and technology-led solutions
that enhance production efficiency, product quality, and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex production and quality data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement technology-based solutions for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to quality standards across processes.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and technology teams to implement system improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce operational defects.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in
    technology management
    ,
    process optimization
    , or
    quality improvement initiatives
    .
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Expertise in process mapping, and root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean preferred).
  • Demonstrated
    problem-solving
    and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative
    environment.
