About Position:

Brief about Project: The Programme, Resource Mobilisation, and Communications (PRMC) Unit is responsible for overseeing all programme-related activities, resource mobilisation efforts, and communications from the Head Office.

To effectively manage the financial aspects associated with these functions—particularly those linked to donor contributions from institutions, corporates (CSR), and individual donors—a dedicated position is required. This role will ensure efficient financial tracking, reporting, and accountability related to overall programme funding and donor management.

This position is for immediate employment

Job Description: A "Finance Officer – PRMC "entails supporting the financial and administrative operations of Programmes, Resource Mobilisation and Communications (PRMC) Unit Operations by managing day-to-day tasks like accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, record keeping, travel arrangements, procurement, and overall office administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations while providing accurate financial reporting. He/she should look into the HR aspects too. Any other assignments as per the need.

Technical /Area of Expertise:

Requirements: Advanced Tally package with Computer skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 Years in development sector/ Corporates

Education qualification required: Masters in Commerce/ MBA Finance

Skills required:

Primary : accounting, data entry, , proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), basic financial analysis, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to handle administrative tasks like filing, record-keeping, and coordinating with different departments

Secondary : strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, communication skills

Gross Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month (Eligible for staff benefits applicable to the cadre)
