**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- To provide analytical support to the Finance Team and continually improves our financial systems and data.
- To effectively plans cash flow needs based on assumptions made.
- To undertake AOP Adherence.
- To manage optimum utilization of the funds.
- To improve Compliance and ensure adherence of processes.

**Customer Oriented**
- To calculate the Retail Sales Incentive of the retail staff and share the same with Manager-Retail.
- To improve financial governance by reducing number of observations by statutory and internal auditors related.
- To liaison with internal & external authorities.
- To analyze various MIS reports for providing feedback to top management.

**People Oriented**
- To ensure key team members participation in professional up gradation Training on Accounting.
- To present the monthly profitability figures to retail team including management.

**Internal Business Process**
- To ensure that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payables and receivables within the pre-set parameters.
- To liaise with the central accounting team on key areas of financial control.
- To ensure timely payments and other statutory compliances.
