  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in coordinating or managing government or public-sector projects, preferably in Chhattisgarh.
  • Strong knowledge of government processes, tender documentation, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Chhattisgarhi is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh as per project needs.
  • Liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders for project approvals, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and documentation as per government requirements.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and documentation for project claims and audits.
  • Support in field operations, data collection, and verification as per project scope.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met within the defined timeline, quality standards, and compliance norms.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and administrative teams to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports, progress updates, and presentation decks for management and government review meetings.
