Job Summary
The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the sales team with customer reception, product introductions, order follow-up, and after-sales service, ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Meet customers in the showroom or store, answer product inquiries, and explain product features and benefits.
Assist sales consultants in preparing quotations, contracts, and related documents.
Follow up on customer order progress and coordinate with design, production, and installation departments to ensure smooth project completion.
Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits, and collect customer feedback.
Update showroom samples and promotional materials, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Assist the marketing department with promotional activities, product promotion, and online and offline marketing.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
High school degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong service focus are required.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills are required.
Sales experience in retail, furniture, appliances, or interior design preferred.
Meticulous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to multi-task.
Teamwork spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
