Job Title: Lab Home Collection Executive / Technician

Location: UNITTAS Multispeciality Hospital, Tambaram

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant qualification can apply)

Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) / Any relevant paramedical certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients' homes for blood sample collection as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of samples.
  • Maintain hygiene and follow all safety & infection control protocols.
  • Transport collected samples safely to the laboratory within the required time.
  • Handle patient queries politely and maintain good customer relations.
  • Maintain proper records of collections and update in system/portal.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, punctual, and customer-friendly.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives for collections.

Other Benefits: Conveyance allowance, mobile allowance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
