Role: Consultant Recruitment
Location - Kanchpada, Malad West 
Role Definition:-
Consultant Recruitment is responsible for End to End recruitment for clients in the assigned industry, support business to achieve its set Financial and Customer Goals for the Industry.   
Responsibility Deliverable 
 End to End Recruitment 
 Client Management (If Managerial Role) 
¢ Ensure successful delivery of quality profiles and maintain TAT, showcase good engagement with candidates to grow in next level of role.   
Tasks & Activities:-
End to End Recruitment:
- Team Development (For managerial roles)
 - Prepare training module for Recruiters to improve their skills & knowledge to be successful recruiter. Which helps them doing research, Sourcing, Screening & Assessment of profiles they work on.
 
Research:
- Research about client information which includes Organization and SPOC information.
 - Have detailed intake session with client to find more information and become knowledgeable to deliver the assignment.
 - Research about new trends in recruitment industry, what kind of job boards, new technology, and innovative ways which may help in sourcing profiles etc.
 
Sourcing:
- Sourcing potential candidates from various Job portals.
 - Create pull of interested candidates by advertising job at different platforms.
 - Build strong network on social media for the industry.
 - Use of Social Media to create references, by posting various jobs on different social platforms.
 - Make good relation in the industry to create references of passive candidates.
 - Mapping of senior Mandates.
 - Head Hunting for Niche positions or Leadership roles.
 
Screening of Profiles & Assessment:-
- After having detailed understanding of role, prescreen the resume and find suitability of candidate based on parameters of the role.
 - Have a detailed call with candidate to understand the matching of the profile and interest of candidate for the role.
 - Find out the reasons why this candidate will suit the requirement and the requirement to candidate.
 - In roles which are senior/leadership have one on one meeting or video call with candidates.
 
Coordinate various events:- (For manager with clients and for Consultant/Recruiter with managers)
- Submission of relevant profiles to client
 - Co-ordinate with clients and candidates for interviews & feedback (Verbal & Written)
 - Preparing candidates for interview
 - Advising client if any inputs are required at any stage.
 - Work like a business partner with client and have responsible approach
 - Help candidate and client till the candidate joins.
 
Database Management:-
- Maintain candidate and client data in internal templates/ATS.
 
Payment Collection:-
- Responsible for collection of payment from their clients. (Managerial roles)
 
Client Management:
- Build a Proactive and responsive business relationship with client.
 - Communicate and support client at various stages of recruitment.
 - Ensure keeping them active and for clients who are non-active for more than a month, reconnect and ensure smooth relationship with client.
 - Help clients where they may need market information or if any inputs we may offer.
 - Ensure payment collection from clients.
 - Developing Key Account/ Large Accounts to achieving top line.
 
Network Expansion:
- Connect people from Industry on linkedin and other social media.
 - Participate in Industry Exhibitions, events etc.
 - Keep the update of industry by various methodologies, to keep oneself updated about client and industry.
 
Measurement Metrics
- Responsible to successfully deliver Mandates and numbers will be discussed.
 - Ensure client retention, regular review
 - Submission of minimum pre decided resume every month per team member.
 - Identify and develop atleast few clients into key accounts/ large accounts.
