As we prepare for our launch, we are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to build Watnxt's digital presence and engage both students and employers across platforms.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will manage and grow companies presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta platforms, while driving SEO strategies to position us as the go-to career platform for students and employers. The role will also include content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement, ensuring company connects deeply with its target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Company across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging student- and employer-focused content (posts, reels, stories, and blogs).
  • Optimize website visibility and reach through SEO best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Build and engage an online community of students, graduates, and employers.
  • Assist with content writing and storytelling for social posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends in EdTech, student engagement, and employer branding.
  • Video Editing Skills will be a Plus

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and SEO (EdTech or education-related experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Fair knowledge of content creation & copywriting (Canva, basic video editing a plus).
  • Ability to connect with Gen Z students and early-career professionals through relevant content.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
