Job Title: Service Associate

Location: PVR INOX Cinema – Sector 84, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹17,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Between Monday to Thursday

Shift: Rotational

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Associates to join our team at PVR INOX, Sector 84, Gurgaon. The role involves assisting guests with food orders, managing ticket bookings, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional cinema experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and serve food & beverage orders to guests accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle movie ticket bookings and assist guests with seat allocation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counters and food service areas.
  • Ensure machines and equipment are cleaned and well-maintained.
  • Manage entry and exit of guests during movie shows to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational standards as per company policy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Freshers can apply; experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
