Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer specializing in PLC, HMI, and Servo Motor systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of automated machinery and control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial automation equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems to guarantee seamless production processes.
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot HMI programs to support process automation.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on servo motors, drives, and control panels.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC hardware/software, HMIs, and servo motors.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and system configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new automation systems and components.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations staff on automation systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with HMI designing and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Servo Motors and Drives, including setup and fault diagnosis.
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
