Production Supervisor

Experience : 3-4 years

Salary : Depend on experience / 22000/- to 25000/
- Job description:

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Develop and execute production schedules, considering available manpower, machinery, and geological factors.
- Monitor coal quality and ensure it meets the required specifications.
- Ensure that all operations comply with environmental regulations, such as managing dust, water runoff, and waste disposal.
- Work with environmental specialists to minimize the environmental impact of coal extraction and processing.
- Coordinate with engineers and other departments to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
- Manage a team of miners, operators, and laborers, providing leadership and motivation.

NOTE : Must stay at plant, room facility will provided

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
