Loading Supervisor

- Job description:

- Oversee the loading of coal/coke onto transportation vehicles (trucks) at the loading facility.
- Ensure that coal/coke is loaded according to customer specifications, with the correct weight, grade, and quality.
- Manage the coordination of loading schedules to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of coal shipments.
- Ensure all loading activities are conducted safely, following company policies and industry safety regulations.
- Enforce the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols during loading operations.
- Verify that coal/coke meets the required quality standards (e.g., size, moisture content, grade) before being loaded.
- Ensure accurate documentation of loading operations, including weights, quantities, and quality checks, and verify that the right amount of coal/coke is loaded onto each vehicle.
- Maintain records of coal/coke loading activities for inventory and reporting purposes, ensuring data accuracy.
- Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to schedule and prioritize loading operations in line with production output and delivery deadlines.
- Communicate with the customer service team to ensure that specific customer requirements (e.g., grade specifications, quantity, and delivery time) are met.

NOTE : Must stay at plant, room facility will provided
