We are building a data-driven, system-first inventory function, and we're looking for a sharp, analytical Inventory Manager who can scale with us.

Role Description

We are hiring a 
data-driven Merchandise Planner
 who can convert sales trends into 
effective preorders
, 
accurate buying plans
, and 
tight inventory health
.

You will own:

  • stock accuracy
  • replenishment
  • ageing control
  • size-curve planning
  • reporting
  • demand forecasting
  • reorder planning
  • dead stock reduction
  • warehouse → store movement

This is a 
category-planning, data-analysis, and buying-support role
.

This role directly impacts sales, margins, cashflow, and customer experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • 4–8 years in retail inventory / merchandise planning / demand planning
  • Preferably from: Decathlon, Puma, Adidas, Skechers, Zudio, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Shopper Stop, Footwear chains
  • Strong understanding of footwear/apparel SKU complexity
  • Proven expertise in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match)
  • High attention to detail and operational discipline

  • Analytical mindset with commercial understanding
  • Strong coordination with stores, warehouse & vendors
  • Process-driven & highly organised
  • Comfortable with fast-moving, high-SKU environments
  • Ability to set up dashboards and automate reports
  • Calm, systematic and proactive problem solver
  • Thrives in a rapidly scaling business

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹80,000/month
