Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technical specifications for projects.
  • Develop custom components using Apex, LWCs, and other technologies as needed.
  • Ensure data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce is seamless by designing efficient processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented Salesforce solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-11 years of experience in developing Salesforce applications with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Fusion, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, Business Community, Incident Management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work collaboratively within an agile team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
