Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for replacements in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Prepare documents, reports, or meeting materials as needed.
