
Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with proven experience in selling Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) to fleet operators, transport companies, and logistics service providers. The ideal candidate will have deep domain understanding of the transport ecosystem, strong connections with fleet owners, and the ability to drive end-to-end enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and OEM partners.
- Promote and sell ADAS/DMS and other vehicle telematics solutions to enterprise customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concept (POC) sessions with clients.
- Understand client pain points (driver behavior, safety, accident reduction, insurance cost) and position ADAS/DMS as a value-driven solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fleet and logistics industry.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure proper deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback for product improvement.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ADAS/DMS, vehicle telematics, or automotive safety systems.
- Proven track record in B2B solution sales to transport or logistics companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Strong network across the commercial vehicle and fleet management sector.
- Tech-savvy with ability to explain technical features in business terms.
