Deputy Marketing Officers- Analytics & Campaign Support

These officers will provide operational and creative support to ensure campaigns are data-informed, timely, and effective. To provide operational, analytical and creative support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives across all verticals. Marketing Officers will serve as the execution arm of the marketing team, ensuring timely rollout of campaigns and consistency in brand messaging.

  • Assist in implementing national and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, designers, and media agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing materials.
  • Draft, review, and edit promotional content such as brochures, posters, social media posts, and website updates while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Organize and support events, exhibitions, and outreach activities at the ground level, including logistics and branding material management.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by scheduling social media content, monitoring online feedback, and coordinating website updates with technical teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing activities, campaign reports, and vendor approvals.
  • Act as a liaison between vertical teams, regional offices, and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with approval processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, public relations, or campaign execution.
  • Experience in government communication campaigns or public sector marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) considered an advantage.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Timely and efficient execution of assigned marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Accuracy and consistency of marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Successful coordination and delivery of field events and promotional activities.
  • Timeliness and effectiveness in vendor and partner coordination.
  • Active support in increasing digital engagement metrics through social media content management.
  • Positive feedback from senior marketing managers and the CMO regarding responsiveness and coordination.
