Position Objective

We are seeking an accomplished professional to
lead the PKI Business Vertical
, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with
Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA)
regulations, and driving business growth through strategic sales and channel development initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the PKI Business Vertical with full accountability for operations and sales performance.

Ensure compliance with CCA guidelines, audit requirements, and internal protocols.

Oversee PKI operations, including certificate lifecycle management and service quality.

Identify, onboard, and manage
channel partners PAN India
to expand business reach.

Drive
B2B and B2G sales
to achieve defined revenue and growth targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer engagement programs.

Collaborate with technical, legal, and compliance teams for seamless operations.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Present periodic performance reports to management.

Build and mentor a
high-performing team
to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

10–15 years of experience in
Sales & Operations
, preferably in
Digital Security, PKI, or IT Security
domains.

Strong understanding of
CCA regulations
and PKI technologies.

Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale operations.

Excellent
leadership, communication, and analytical
skills.
