Your Role
  • Lead Industrialization Initiatives : Drive and sustain industrialization activities across ADM Office operations.
  • Automation Implementation : Execute various automation types to enhance process quality and team productivity.
  • Best Practices & Coaching : Promote best practices and coach teams to continuously improve and demonstrate value.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct workshops and showcase improvements during client visits.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze metrics and report progress on industrialization and automation efforts.
Your Profile
  • ADM & Automation Experience : 9–12 years in ADM, automation, or process improvement.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management : Effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools like RPA, Power BI, and scripting.
  • Process Methodologies : Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
