Manager- Brand Marketing, Startegy & Design

Location: Pimpri, Pune | IDAN Motor Pvt Ltd

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Brand, Communication & Design Manager who can think strategically,

communicate effectively, and design beautifully. You will be responsible for creating and executing all

visual and communication materials — ensuring the IDAN brand stands out consistently across every

platform.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and tone.


• Conceptualize and design marketing materials — including brochures, social media creatives,

packaging, digital ads, and event collaterals.


• Create and manage brand communication strategies and campaigns.


• Draft and edit content for product launches, press releases, and investor updates.


• Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to bring brand ideas to life.


• Manage visual storytelling through compelling design and clear communication.

Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.


• 4–8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, communication, or design (preferably in a

startup or tech company).


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and

Canva.


• Strong visual sense with attention to detail, color, and layout.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


• A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
