The team is building autonomous AI agents designed to transform the B2B sales ecosystem by enabling a future where every Sales Representative works alongside an intelligent AI teammate. With a massive market opportunity and deep expertise in generative AI and B2B product scaling, we are hiring our first set of engineers who will shape the companys technology, architecture, and product direction.

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Founding Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about AI, and wants to build category-defining products from the ground up.

Role Overview :

As a Founding Engineer, you will lead full-stack development of LLM-powered applications. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and the AI/ML engineers to build scalable systems, integrate advanced generative AI capabilities, and deliver high-quality features rapidly. This role requires strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to execute quickly in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications with a strong focus on Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and modern frontend frameworks.

• Work with the AI/ML team to integrate LLM-driven autonomous agents into core product workflows.

• Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using (or ), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Optimize Python backend systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Deliver features end-to-end, from architecture to production deployment.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code aligned with modern engineering principles.

• Participate in system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

• Contribute to internal tooling, developer workflows, and infrastructure improvements.

• Implement and integrate generative AI capabilities into both backend and user-facing interactions.

• Operate in a rapid iteration environment with minimal overhead and high autonomy.

Required Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience building backend systems using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).

• Experience working with modern frontend technologies such as or , HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, software design patterns, and full-stack development.

• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Proficient with Git and modern development workflows.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience building generative AI applications, LLM-based tools, or automation systems.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or prompt engineering.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced product-centric environments.

• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
