We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate user insights into engaging and intuitive digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that delight users and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements that align with brand identity.
  • Work on responsive web and mobile designs ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Maintain and enhance the design system and component library.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with development handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹41,630.38 per month
