**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
- Optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs for product and service offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- 3 + years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with work across product and service domains.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and collaboration with developers.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
