Job Responsibilities:

Role Title: SAP Quality Management-Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required : Minimum: 3 Year(s)Maximum : 10Year(s)

Designation : Asstt Manager / Dy Manager/Manager

CTC entirely depends on total work experience, education qualification, PASS OUT from which College & current CTC.

Important : 2Yrs Job Stability is required for the role.

Job Responsibility:

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP QM as per Business Requirement.
  • Collaborate with Core Business and SAP IT teams along with SI Partner for implementation of QM module as per Project Plan. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, procurement, maintenance etc, to understand business requirements and align and integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Develop and implement SAP QM strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance in-house quality, vendor quality and ensure compliance.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives, Identify Gaps, issues; develops necessary product modifications and provide work around solutions.
  • Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems, working closely with Cross- Functional Teams and External Parties
  • Act as liaison with business user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Validate Functional Specification Document prepared by SI partner from Sustainability and Business requirement fulfilment perspective ensuring minimal impact on core customization.
  • Impart understanding of Functional Specification Document to development team for Development.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide Subject matter expert services on SAP QM module and other dependent modules.
  • Participate actively in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing and User acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Production, Procurement, Maintenance to understand business requirements and align and integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Develop and implement SAP QM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve part quality.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices.
  • Adherence to Project Tasks as per defined Timelines.
  • Change Management tracking and impact assessment across modules.

2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Work Experience

a) Experience as SAP QM Senior Consultant, domain experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

b) Minimum 2 End to End implementations with at least one on to S/4 HANA.

c) Knowledge of Fiori Apps is a must.

d) Should have knowledge of Quality in Procurement, Quality in production, In-Process inspection, calibration, Defect Management and Audit Management etc and not limited to

e) In-depth Knowledge of SAP QM Configuration, Master Data, Inspection Plan, MICs, Code groups and Integration with other SAP Modules

f) Participate in requirements gathering discussions with business and clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

g) Should have experience in writing Functional Specification

h) Perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution

i) Provide training support to end users on SAP QM module.

j) Proven ability to configure SAP solutions and experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions

k) Experience in Global template implementation and rollout will be an added advantage.

l) Understanding of other modules (For e.g., MM, PM, PP etc.) w.r.t Quality Management will be an added advantage.

m) Knowledge on conversion tools (LTMC, LSMW, BDC etc.)

n) Provide resolution expertise in case of Major incidents

o) Master Data Preparation, Validation and Execution.

p) Experience in BTP, RPA implementation, FIORI Apps and Dashboards

  • Analytical Skills with ability to comprehend and analyze complex business requirements and able to provide the right solutions to the client

  • Knowledge of QM
  • Understanding and Know How of ABAP
  • Knowledge of PI/PO for Interfaces
  • Knowledge in BTP, RPA implementation, FIORI Apps and Dashboards
