- Should have minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in SAP PP-PI/PM/QM with E2E implementation and support experience.
- Good experience in SAP PP-PI with exposure to following modules - Production Planning and Control (PPPI), Basic Data (PP-PI-BD), BOMs (PP-PI-BD-BOM), PP-PI - Resources, Recipes (PP-PI-BD-RTG), Line Design, Sales & Operations Planning (LO-LIS-PLN), Master Planning (PP-PI-MP), Demand Management (PP-PI-MP-DEM), Capacity Planning (PP-PI-CRP)
- 5 Years’ experience in QM module with exposure to following sub-modules - Quality Planning (QM-PT), Basic Data (QM-PT-BD), Inspection Planning (QM-PT-IP), Quality Inspection (QM-IM), Inspection Lot Creation, Results Recording (QM-IM-RR), Inspection Lot Completion, Sample Management (QM-IM-SM), Quality Control (QM-QC-AQC), Dynamic Modification of the Inspection Scope, Statistical Process Control (SPC), General QM Evaluations, Quality Certificates (QM-CA), QM in Procurement (QM-PT-RP-PRC), QM in Production, QM in Sales and Distribution (QM-PT-RP-SD), Worklist, Interfaces (QM-IF)
- 4 Yrs of experience in PM Module with exposure to following sub-modules - Maintenance Planning (CS-AG/PM-PRM-MP), Maintenance Order Management (PM-WOC), Notifications (CS-CM-SN/PM-WOC-MN), Orders (CS-SE/PM-WOC-MO), Capacity Requirements Planning in Customer Service and Plant Maintenance, Completion Confirmations (CS-SE-CON/PM-WOC-JC), Information System (PM-IS), Workflow Scenarios (PM/CS)
- Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS)
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Solving performance problems, data consistency issues and availability analysis of complex SAP solutions.
- Must be well conversant in working on Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release Management processes and exposure to ITSM tool would be added advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts and Handle support incidents and change requests.
- Should be flexible in working with onsite and offshore teams.
- Should have handled L2 support in support engagements
- ? Solving Direct Action Incidents:

- ? answering all SUs questions regarding operations of the system
- ? Maintenance of soft configurations table entries
- ? troubleshooting of blocked interfaces
- ? Analysis and proposal of solutions or workarounds for all raised issues
- ? Contacting SAP OSS for clarification of the issue
- ? Requesting creation or change of background jobs
- ? Solving Bug Fixing Incidents:

- ? Fixing bugs in the customizing and configuration
- ? Coordinating bug fixing in custom code with developers
- ? Coordination of bug fixes concerning authorization issues with Authorization team
- ? Test the bug-fixing done by Tech team (screening, functional and formal approval tests)
- ? Contacting SAP OSS for solving of the issue in SAP standard
