LNCT College, Bhopal is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to support the emotional, academic, and personal well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one counselling, conduct group sessions, and promote a healthy, positive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Identify students facing stress, anxiety, or adjustment issues and offer appropriate guidance.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health, stress management, and personal development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper records of counselling sessions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student well-being.
  • Assist in designing and implementing student engagement and wellness programs.
  • Refer students to external professionals when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:
