Role & responsibilities
Compensation & Equity Administration:
- Execute and resolve queries and processes related to compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus payouts, and equity grants, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the administration of equity programs reporting and being compliant with sharing the requested data by the Broker/Trust
- Work closely with payroll, finance, and HR teams to process compensation and equity-related transactions. Operational & Compliance Support:
- Ensure compliance with global compensation and equity regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems and ensure timely processing of compensation changes.
• Prepare reports and analytics to support audits and internal reviews. HR Systems & Data Management: - Utilize HR tools such as Workday and Service Now to support compensation and equity transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports to assist in compensation analysis. Stakeholder Support:
• Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding compensation and equity-related queries.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Payroll teams to resolve operational issues.
• Provide support in compensation and equity reconciliations, ensuring correct payouts and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Knowledge of workday (mandatory) and service Now (Good to have)
• Similar experience of about 4-6 years
Working Conditions
• Flexible to work 24*7 shift timings
• Work from office (No work from home)
• Agile to extended work hours when needed to meet deadlines without prompting
