08We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our Workplace Transformation Strategy team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for data visualization, analytics, and driving business insights through storytelling with data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and transformation processes.
- Optimize report performance and usability through best practices in data modeling and visualization.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
