Urgent Hiring: Female Telecaller For Photography Studio Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to photography inquiries.
- Explain different photography packages (wedding, maternity, baby, birthday, etc.) to clients.
- Follow up with leads received from social media, WhatsApp, and website.
- Maintain client database, call records, and follow-up notes in Excel or CRM.
- Share package details, offers, and photoshoot information over WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the photography and booking team for scheduled shoots.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
- Represent the studio in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.
Preferred candidate profile
- Female candidate only (freshers or experienced).
- Must have good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Should be confident, polite, and good at convincing customers.
- Must be comfortable making calls and following up with leads daily.
- computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge required.
- Experience in telecalling / customer care / sales coordination preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates living near Dhanori / Vishrantwadi / Tingre Nagar / Lohegaon / Viman Nagar / Yerwada will be preferred.
- Should have a positive attitude and interest in the photography or creative field.
