Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our retail and wholesale business. This role involves building strong client relationships, driving sales, executing marketing campaigns, and promoting our products both offline and online. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and passionate about customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Achieve sales targets through retail, wholesale, and event-based customers.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong connections with wedding planners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a satisfying buying experience.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities for festivals, weddings, and special events.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media promotions (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns) to boost visibility.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track performance.
